Quarter 4 company updates 2024

As we wrap up the final quarter of the year, we’ve had an eventful few months filled with achievements, team changes, and exciting developments. Here are some of the key highlights from Q4 that we’re excited to share:

Company news

We announced the appointment of Luke O’Sullivan as our new Head of Intermediary Relationships. Luke will be leading our team of Relationship Managers to further strengthen our partnerships with brokers, enhancing the tailored services we provide.

We also promoted Eleanor Glen to Marketing Director, where she will continue to drive and shape our marketing strategy, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market.

Conferences and events

In early December, we hosted another successful broker networking session with United Trust Bank Limited. These sessions provide a great platform for discussing all things specialist finance and sharing insights on specific cases.

We were also proud to attend the HLPartnership Annual Conference in Birmingham, where we had the opportunity to connect with both familiar faces and new contacts. This quarter, we also participated in the HLP autumn roadshows in Gatwick and Milton Keynes.

Awards

The hard work and dedication of our team truly paid off this year. We were honoured to be Highly Commended in the 'Best B2B Broker' category at the National Mortgage Awards - Second Charge.

Additionally, we were shortlisted for the 'Best Quality Packager' and 'Broker of the Year' awards in the National Mortgage Awards - Second Charge. We were also nominated in the Mortgage Introducer Awards in the 'Secured Loan Broker of the Year' category.

A standout moment for us was when Paul Zammit was listed among The World’s 100 Best Mortgage Leaders, Global 100, an incredible achievement!

Training sessions

At the end of October, we hosted an exclusive 'Ask the Lender' session with Zephyr Homeloans. Steve Nobbs and Andy Rowe led this insightful Zoom session, where we discussed specialist lending and answered questions on specific cases.
